Privacy by Design and by Default
dPIAs
Conduct, review and approval of DPIAs – A Data Protection Impact Assessment (DPIA) is a process to help you identify and minimise the data protection risks of a project. You must complete a DPIA for processing that is likely to present a high risk to an individual’s personal data.
LIAs
Conduct, review and approval of LIAs – LIA stands for Legitimate Interests Assessment. It specifies the reason an organization wants to process a customer’s personal data. Your organization must also conduct an LIA to demonstrate that the processing is necessary.
DPbDD Implementation Strategy
Design of blueprints for integration of data protection and privacy features into your organisation’s system engineering, processes, practices and procedures.
Data Breach Management
Audit on Systems and Processes
Conduct of privacy compliance audits – assessments looking at an organisation’s privacy protection policies and procedures, specifically in light of GDPR, DPA and PECR requirements.
Crisis Management
Management of sudden emergency events such as data breaches, ransomware negotiation, design and implementation of “post-mortem” measures.
